On your drop off day.  2. 30 spots available Tuesday and 30 Wednesday.  3. Spots will be sold November 1st starting at 10:45am.  4. Space is high demand, so purchase slot either Monday drop off for a Tuesday pick up or Tuesday drop off for a Wednesday pick up.  5. Payment is due upon reservation. (No spots will be held, to keep your sport it must be paid in full)  6. Turkey’s are smoked to 165. They are fully cooked and will retain a pink/red hue. A chemical reation to being smoked.
